Nicki is definitely winning, just released her new album “Roman Reloaded”, which I can honestly say goes OFF, and landing endorsement deals with Pepsi, Mac and OPI. The collaboration of Jeremy and Nicki is perfect. The edgy but fun designer speaks of the persona that is Nicki Minaj. I can’t want to see the fall campaign.

Weather girl Rihanna has predicted the temperature for the week and boy was it scorturing hot. Take a look at The Socials favorite IT girl looks of the week.

If any knows how to dress for a red carpet event it would definitely have to be a member or should I say an Ex Pussycat. We know that Nicole has had her share of spot light and in my opinion the light is getting dim, but for for ex-member Melody Thornton it seems that her little light is SHINNING.

Atlanta lived up to it’s name “Black Hollywood” last night as racks on racks of celebrity filled the city. There were tons of events taking placed and everybody that is somebody came out in full force to make their presence know. As I attend rapper Future’s private listening party with Epic, I was bummed out that I missed the grand carpet roll out for the Steve Harvey and Will Packer film “Think Like A Man.” However I am glad to have friends in media. Big s/o to Jason of Be Magazine and Tamie of Talking with Tamie.

Although Brandy has been the poster child for R&B’s upward and downwards spiral, she is still here and determine to give all that she has this time around. Ughhh this shoot gave me life. I really hope that this fashion thing is her direction. She will definitely slay especially when you add her phenomenal vocal ability into the equation. Check out the images from her shoot with YRB Magazine and also read the full article at http://www.yrbmagazine.com/2012/04/its-a-brannu-world/

S/o to the homie Cam Kirk for providing me with the video footage from last night performance with Iggy and T.I. This white girl is definitely going hard, well her buzz is, especially with T.I endorsing her (the product). I would like to consider her ratchet Hip-Pop, I see it for that genre of music. Everything I’ve heard thus far from Iggy is making me dance and bob my head, so keep it PONY TAIL, Me Like #signTHESOCIAL
Chaka Khan and a few of her celebrity friends presents “Fear Kills Love Heals” in their efforts to uplift a nation as we watch HISTORY repeats itself. Its unfortunate to say that Trayvon’s loss was a public slap in the face to the underline judgement used against our BLACK youth in America. It is also sad to say and believe that hatred /prejudice still prevail and the change can only starts within the black communities. In this “Fear Kills Love Heals” video you see tones of familiar faces all rocking the symbolic black hoodie which at one point was attributed to the physical uniform of a hoodlum or thug. This is an inspiring song, and Luke James, Kelly Price, Eva Pigford, Angela Bassett, and a slew of others give it the presence needed to attract attention.
Unfortunately, The Social was not in the building for last night’s spectacle, and boy am I regretting it. But leave it to Clyde (insider) to always keep me updated with the latest 411 *in my Mary J Voice*. The W Midtown was definitely the place to be yesterday evening as V103 The People Station hosted an exclusive 1 on 1 with the leading “VOICES of MUSIC”, a fair assessment#KanyeShrug.
Please check out BRANDY’s smashing performance oh yeah Monica did her thang, but I am #TEAMBROCKA. Read More
